• Our Tower is 500’ tall and has a 48 inch face for higher stability during high winds, and to withstand the icing conditions that have occurred here in Kansas over the last couple of years.
• Our Tower is Locally Owned, so if a problem should arise with anything we’re not 14 hours away, and we can get right over to it to take care of the problem.
• Our Tower has a Central Air Conditioner for years of reliable use, so that your equipment will have the same reliability that it was intended to have.
• Our Tower has a 30kW Emergency Back-up Generator for those “quick blips” or “long blips” in the Electric Companies System.
• Our Tower has a Strobe Light System, so your coax never will have to be painted.
• Our Tower has an Ice Bridge, so that falling ice is not a problem for your coax, and won’t cause you valuable down time.
• Our Tower has an Extensive Grounding System for maximum lightning protection.
• Finally Our Tower has Affordable rates.

Our rates are  simple:

Basic Space:          $.50 / per Foot / per Month  (covers most customers)
                 (1-Antenna, 1-coax, and 1-Base/Repeater unit not to exceed 4 square feet)
               (supply your own power or use one of the options below)

Basic Power:          $10.00 / per month / per Base/Repeater Unit [except paging, cellular, & broadcast]*

Premiumª  Power:  $30.00 / per month / per Base/Repeater Unit [except paging, cellular, & broadcast]*

Paging Power:       $15.00 / per month / per TX unit

Premiumª Paging Power:  $35.00 / per month / per TX unit

*Basic Power charge of $10.00/month can be waived if the Base/Repeater unit has an efficient power supply
                                    (85% efficient or better) [except paging, cellular, & broadcast]
ª Premium Power is basic power with generated backup.

This is the front side of the building as you approach.  We have central-air, a 30kW backup generator, and keyless entry.

This is the east side of the building and tower. Our ice bridge is designed to minimize damage to your heliax during icing conditions.

This is the west side of the building and tower. We have an extensive grounding system to minimize damage to your equipment during lightning storms.

Here is the inside of the building just as you walk in the door. As you can see we take pride in our tower and building, and try to keep it as nice as possible.

This is another view of the inside of our building. We DO NOT tolerate rodents. PERIOD!  Our building is sealed very tighlty to guard against rodent entry.
